Postage & Returns
Domestic Shipping (within Australia):
$9 standard shipping.
$13 express shipping. Please be aware that Express shipping is a postage method, and will not effect our processing times below.
We offer free standard shipping on earring orders over $80. Free shipping does not apply to orders that include candles/fragrance products or homewares due to the bulky nature and postage costs of these items. We will however cover/refund your postage costs for orders including these item if the total order value is over $120.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FREE DELIVERY DOES NOT APPLY TO SECONDS SALES.
All orders are sent via Australia Post and once posted, delays are out of our control. Please be understanding of possible current postal delays due to COVID-19. NALU will not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels once handed over to Australia Post. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct postal address is entered at checkout. We will not be held responsible, or provide refunds, for orders not received due to entry of incorrect addresses.
International shipping:
NALU now offers tracked international shipping to the US ($24 AUD up to 500g)! Please note that normal shipping timeframes are 10 - 15 business days but due to the current climate shipping may be delayed. Please also note that all prices on our website are in AUD.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY SHIP JEWELLERY AND ACCESSORIES INTERNATIONALLY, AND WE DO NOT SHIP HOMEWARES, CANDLES, ROOM SPRAYS OR OTHER FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS OUT OF AUSTRALIA AT THIS TIME.
If shipping restrictions are unexpectedly imposed due to COVID-19 or other circumstances, you will be notified and refunded in full. If you reside elsewhere internationally and need some NALU in your life, please let us know!
Local Delivery or Pickup
Free local delivery is available for Bundaberg residents with orders over $20 and a residential postal address within 15km from NALU in Bundaberg east/Kalkie. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout and your order will be delivered to your mailbox. Please note that most orders are delivered outside business hours (most commonly on a weekend) so please do NOT provide a business address, unless arranged prior. Please include your mobile number at checkout and you will receive a text to confirm when your order has been delivered.
Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up your order from our non-contact collection box any time that suits you. To arrange local pick up, simply send us a message via Instagram, or email hello@naluau.com to arrange a day and time for collection. Pick up address will be provided at this time.

Handling and processing:
Our processing time is currently 2-5 business days from the time you place your order. In the instance that an unforeseen extended delay occurs, I will make contact to let you know. Postage timeframes are in addition to this. UPDATE: AUSTRALIA POST IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SERVICE DELAYS. Thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE: If you pay by Paypal eCheque your order will NOT be posted until payment has fully cleared. This usually takes up to 5 working days.
Return Information
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer refund or exchange on our earrings. We also do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you read item descriptions carefully before purchase.
Refunds can only be issued in the instance of a faulty item. If you believe your item is faulty please contact us immediately to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving, and must be unworn or unused and in original packaging. Return postage will be at the expense of the purchaser. Due to most items being one of a kind or limited in quantity, we are not able to offer exchanges in these circumstances. Please note that 'faulty' does not include damage caused by improper use or rough handling.
